A recent NY Times article reported that the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of NY is moving to drop all charges against Osama Bin Laden! The article says that the idea is to have this done "quietly". Why now, and why is this being done quietly? INN obtained a copy of the court docket and several actual case documents, thanks to Barbara Honegger. Here is the eye-opener. Among a list of numerous cases from 1998 through 2009, including many which are sealed, there isn't even one case against Bin Laden for 9/11! This supports the research revealing that the FBI's "Most Wanted" site does not connect Bin Laden with 9/11. When asked, the FBI agent by the name of Rex Tomb replied that this was because they had no hard evidence against him.

From the memory hole, within a few months of 9/11 the U.S. Government demanded that the Taliban capture Bin Laden and turn him over to U.S. authorities for prosecution. The Taliban agreed to do so if the U.S. provided proof of his guilt. This proof was never produced.
Also, it's worth recalling the Aug. 6th memo that was hand delivered to Bush while on his month-long vacation in Crawford, TX, implied Bin Laden was preparing an imminent attack, yet Bush took no action. According to FBI whistleblower Sibel Edmonds, "the US maintained 'intimate relations' with Bin Laden, and the Taliban, "all the way until that day of September 11." According to a Benazir Bhutto interview on Nov. 2, 2007 by David Frost, Bin Laden was killed by Omar Shiekh. Why hasn't this been widely broadcast?
What are we to conclude? The mainstream media, and most of the alternative media, is again mounting a massive disinformation campaign with lies of omission and blatant discrepancies. As former Reagan economics official Paul Craig Roberts said last week, it’s as if the government knows it can tell obvious lies and get away with it. Therefore, they don't even attempt to be credible. Within 12 hours of the reported killing of Bin Laden there was DNA proof of his identity? But he was buried at sea and there were no photos? Bin Laden had kidney disease. How did he survive in this compound for 5-6 years? Where was the dialysis equipment and who administered the treatments?
Even more to the point, why isn't anyone asking how could Bin Laden could orchestrate a stand-down by the U.S. air defense throughout the northeast as well as the Pentagon, the most advanced military establishment on the planet? How could Bin Laden suspend the laws of physics which is what was required for steel-framed buildings to disintegrate and collapse at virtual free-fall speed into their own footprint due to office fires? How could Bin Laden cause WTC7 which wasn't hit by a plane to collapse at free fall speed into its own footprint 8 hours after the attacks? Why would 25 Navy Seals shoot an unarmed man when his testimony before a court would supposedly have been overwhelming proof that he really did orchestrate 9/11 as he supposedly admitted to? No doubt, the last thing the U.S. would have wanted was an objective legal process where proof of Bin Laden's guilt was too high a hurdle.
If the anthrax attacks which occurred right after 9/11 were traced to a U.S. military installation at Ft. Dietrick, MD, why hasn’t there been a serious probe of our military and intelligence agencies for the worst attack on U.S. soil? How can anybody be convicted without a trial? Why after 10 years are there so many compelling questions? Aren't we defined by the level of truth and the thoroughness of justice we demand?
One thing we can conclude with certainty, we either make the effort to get informed based on a wide array of information from alternative sources, or we'll have our perceptions shaped by the state-sponsored media spin machine.
